GAS2L3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAS2L3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,623 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAS2L3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM6, SETDB1_S1066, and SPC24. Each is linked with GAS2L3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAS2L3-to-partner and partner-to-GAS2L3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GAS2L3 versus MCM6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAS2L3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAS2L3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
