Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAS2L1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,076 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GAS2L1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of amide metabolic process, Positive regulation of DNA repair, and tRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with GAS2L1P2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAS2L1P2-to-partner and partner-to-GAS2L1P2 results are reported.
