GARNL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GARNL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,000 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GARNL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL132P, GABRE, and HSBP1L1. Each is linked with GARNL3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GARNL3-to-partner and partner-to-GARNL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL132P grouped by GARNL3-low versus GARNL3-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GARNL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GARNL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
