GAPDHP61

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAPDHP61 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,740 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAPDHP61-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRADD, PDS5A_T1208, and PHLDB3_S254. Each is linked with GAPDHP61 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPDHP61-to-partner and partner-to-GAPDHP61 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GAPDHP61 versus TRADD in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAPDHP61→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAPDHP61) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
