Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAPDHP37 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,045 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAPDHP37-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular respiration, Ribose phosphate biosynthetic process, and Aerobic respiration. Each is linked with GAPDHP37 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPDHP37-to-partner and partner-to-GAPDHP37 results are reported.
