Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GAPDHP37 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GAPDHP37 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher GAPDHP37 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GAPDHP37 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and UCEC show a favorable association.

BRCA, MESO, and KICH are the cancer types where GAPDHP37 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
