GAPDHP31

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAPDHP31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,397 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAPDHP31-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAIP, RTRAF, and ITGAL. Each is linked with GAPDHP31 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPDHP31-to-partner and partner-to-GAPDHP31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GAPDHP31 versus NAIP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAPDHP31→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAPDHP31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
