Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GAPDHP31 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GAPDHP31 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher GAPDHP31 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GAPDHP31 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and SKCM show a favorable association.

READ, KICH, and CHOL are the cancer types where GAPDHP31 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
