Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAPDHP31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,955 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAPDHP31-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle-mediated transport in synapse, Outer mitochondrial membrane organization, and UTP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with GAPDHP31 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPDHP31-to-partner and partner-to-GAPDHP31 results are reported.
