Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAPDHP30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 2,440 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAPDHP30-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CIZ1, CLIP1, and DMXL2_S326. Each is linked with GAPDHP30 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPDHP30-to-partner and partner-to-GAPDHP30 results are reported.
