GAPDHP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAPDHP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,120 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAPDHP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XRN2, SF3A3, and INTS10. Each is linked with GAPDHP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPDHP2-to-partner and partner-to-GAPDHP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GAPDHP2 versus XRN2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAPDHP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAPDHP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
