Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GAPDHP2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GAPDHP2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher GAPDHP2 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GAPDHP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and LAML show a favorable association.

LUSC, KIRP, and LAML are the cancer types where GAPDHP2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
