Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAPDHP19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,506 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAPDHP19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are UTP metabolic process, Pyrimidine nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, and Pyrimidine nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with GAPDHP19 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPDHP19-to-partner and partner-to-GAPDHP19 results are reported.
