Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GAPDHP19 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GAPDHP19 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher GAPDHP19 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GAPDHP19 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and READ show a favorable association.

COAD, SKCM, and ACC are the cancer types where GAPDHP19 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
