GAPDHP15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAPDHP15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,826 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAPDHP15-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARGP1, ZNF559-ZNF177, and ZNF891. Each is linked with GAPDHP15 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPDHP15-to-partner and partner-to-GAPDHP15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAPDHP15→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAPDHP15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
