Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAPDHP14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,016 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAPDHP14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Myeloid leukocyte migration, Regulation of osteoclast differentiation, and Myeloid leukocyte mediated immunity. Each is linked with GAPDHP14 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPDHP14-to-partner and partner-to-GAPDHP14 results are reported.
