Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GAPDHP14 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GAPDHP14 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher GAPDHP14 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GAPDHP14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and OV show a favorable association.
BRCA, ACC, and KIRC are the cancer types where GAPDHP14 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
