Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAPDH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,594 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GAPDH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NIP7, NOP2, and KDM3A. Each is linked with GAPDH in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPDH-to-partner and partner-to-GAPDH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH versus NIP7 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
