Across TCGA cell cohorts, GAPDH RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,733 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAPDH-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Carbohydrate biosynthetic process, Nucleoside diphosphate metabolic process, and Establishment or maintenance of microtubule cytoskeleton polarity. Each is linked with GAPDH in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPDH-to-partner and partner-to-GAPDH results are reported.
