Across TCGA patient cohorts, GANC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,349 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GANC-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP214, BNIP3P7, and CHCHD2P1. Each is linked with GANC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GANC-to-partner and partner-to-GANC results are reported.
