GAMT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,735 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAMT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TCEA3, VASP, and ACTR2. Each is linked with GAMT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAMT-to-partner and partner-to-GAMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GAMT versus TCEA3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
