GAMT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAMT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,341 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCSK4, ADAM8, and GATM. Each is linked with GAMT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAMT-to-partner and partner-to-GAMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GAMT versus PCSK4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
