GAMT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAMT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 97 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP169, MIR4309, and RNA5SP477. Each is linked with GAMT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAMT-to-partner and partner-to-GAMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP169 grouped by GAMT-low versus GAMT-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
