Across TCGA cell cohorts, GAMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,615 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAMT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Creatine metabolic process, Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway, and Intracellular sodium ion homeostasis. Each is linked with GAMT in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAMT-to-partner and partner-to-GAMT results are reported.
