GALR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are H3P46, RNU6-203P, and GML. Each is linked with GALR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALR3-to-partner and partner-to-GALR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H3P46 grouped by GALR3-low versus GALR3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
