GALP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GALP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 517 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMD2, LCN6, and USP17L15. Each is linked with GALP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALP-to-partner and partner-to-GALP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALP→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
