Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALNTL5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 447 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GALNTL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A30, UGGT2, and DKK4. Each is linked with GALNTL5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNTL5-to-partner and partner-to-GALNTL5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GALNTL5 versus SLC25A30 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.85.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALNTL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALNTL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
