GALNT5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALNT5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,983 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNT5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MLPH, WDR12, and SNX7. Each is linked with GALNT5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNT5-to-partner and partner-to-GALNT5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GALNT5 versus MLPH in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALNT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALNT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
