GALNT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALNT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,323 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP248, SMIM10, and NHLRC1. Each is linked with GALNT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNT2-to-partner and partner-to-GALNT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP248 grouped by GALNT2-low versus GALNT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALNT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALNT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
