Across TCGA cell cohorts, GALNT18 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,035 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNT18-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTC28, ANKRD27, and IQSEC3. Each is linked with GALNT18 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNT18-to-partner and partner-to-GALNT18 results are reported.
