Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALNT16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,509 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNT16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHLDB1_S404, DDAH2, and PPP1R12B. Each is linked with GALNT16 in more than 6 cancer types.
