GALNT16

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALNT16 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,710 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNT16-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSC22D1, KANK4, and IGFBPL1. Each is linked with GALNT16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNT16-to-partner and partner-to-GALNT16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GALNT16 versus TSC22D1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALNT16→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALNT16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
