GALNT16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALNT16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,749 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNT16-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3661, PITX2, and ESS2. Each is linked with GALNT16 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNT16-to-partner and partner-to-GALNT16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3661 grouped by GALNT16-low versus GALNT16-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALNT16→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALNT16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
