Across TCGA cell cohorts, GALNT16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,239 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNT16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter, Protein-DNA complex assembly, and DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with GALNT16 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNT16-to-partner and partner-to-GALNT16 results are reported.
