Across TCGA cell cohorts, GALNT16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GALNT16-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXorf51A, ASZ1, and OR52B4. Each is linked with GALNT16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNT16-to-partner and partner-to-GALNT16 results are reported.
