GALNT14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GALNT14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNT14-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTMT, POTEB3, and ACTRT1. Each is linked with GALNT14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNT14-to-partner and partner-to-GALNT14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FTMT grouped by GALNT14-low versus GALNT14-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALNT14→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALNT14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
