GALNT12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALNT12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,422 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNT12-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERCC6L2, CLN8, and CEP57L1. Each is linked with GALNT12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNT12-to-partner and partner-to-GALNT12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERCC6L2 grouped by GALNT12-low versus GALNT12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALNT12→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALNT12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
