GALNS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALNS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,063 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNS-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL12P26, RNU6-563P, and LINC02661. Each is linked with GALNS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNS-to-partner and partner-to-GALNS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL12P26 grouped by GALNS-low versus GALNS-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALNS→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALNS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
