GALK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,254 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL12, CISD3, and TACO1. Each is linked with GALK1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALK1-to-partner and partner-to-GALK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GALK1 versus MRPL12 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
