GALK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,479 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BRIP1_T989, NR2F1, and UBE2Z. Each is linked with GALK1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALK1-to-partner and partner-to-GALK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GALK1 versus BRIP1_T989 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
