GALK1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,438 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NECTIN1, PTGIS, and ATP8B3. Each is linked with GALK1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALK1-to-partner and partner-to-GALK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GALK1 versus NECTIN1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
