GALK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 372 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ30, RN7SL847P, and FBXO7. Each is linked with GALK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALK1-to-partner and partner-to-GALK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ30 grouped by GALK1-low versus GALK1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
