Across TCGA cell cohorts, GALK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,359 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Galactose catabolic process via UDP-galactose, Leloir pathway, Carbohydrate catabolic process, and Hexose metabolic process. Each is linked with GALK1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALK1-to-partner and partner-to-GALK1 results are reported.
