GALK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GALK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDH20, LMNTD1, and CDC20B. Each is linked with GALK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALK1-to-partner and partner-to-GALK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDH20 grouped by GALK1-low versus GALK1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
