GALC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GALC RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,960 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALC-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOLGA5, GLB1, and ERO1A. Each is linked with GALC in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALC-to-partner and partner-to-GALC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GALC versus GOLGA5 in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALC→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
