GAL3ST2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAL3ST2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 571 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAL3ST2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MB, TNNC2, and CKM. Each is linked with GAL3ST2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAL3ST2-to-partner and partner-to-GAL3ST2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GAL3ST2 versus MB in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.97.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAL3ST2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAL3ST2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
