GAL3ST2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAL3ST2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 95 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAL3ST2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-746P, MIR4490, and RNA5SP518. Each is linked with GAL3ST2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAL3ST2-to-partner and partner-to-GAL3ST2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-746P grouped by GAL3ST2-low versus GAL3ST2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAL3ST2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAL3ST2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
