GAL3ST1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAL3ST1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,385 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAL3ST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are YPEL1, PPM1F, and GCAT. Each is linked with GAL3ST1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAL3ST1-to-partner and partner-to-GAL3ST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GAL3ST1 versus YPEL1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAL3ST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAL3ST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
