Across TCGA cell cohorts, GAL3ST1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAL3ST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PYGO1, MYOZ1, and TAFA1. Each is linked with GAL3ST1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAL3ST1-to-partner and partner-to-GAL3ST1 results are reported.
