GAK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,549 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAK-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPU, TIPIN, and BUB3. Each is linked with GAK in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAK-to-partner and partner-to-GAK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPU grouped by GAK-low versus GAK-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAK→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
